Rene Levonyan briefed the chairman about his visit to the Middle East, particularly in Syria, Iraq and Libya, as well as the scheduled visit to Kosovo. The guest interested in the issues of religious tolerance and freedom of religion in Georgia.
Zaza Vashakmadze introduced the guest to the activities of the state in terms of freedom of religion and tolerance that contributes to harmonious coexistence of different religious confessions of Georgia.

The chairman of the State Agency for Religious Issues Zaza Vashakmadze held a meeting with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Germany to Georgia Heike Peitsch.
